Popular areas of support include the management of stress and performance anxiety, building self-confidence and resilience whilst maintaining the enjoyment and love of competition.

As a senior leader at a high achieving independent school, I bring extensive experience and understanding of the complexities that teenagers encounter growing up in today's society. As a former National League hockey player and county tennis player, these experiences have given me a strong understanding of the demands of high performance sport.

My service is confidential, collaborative and bespoke, and can be in person or online.
